How much does shipping cost?

STORMTECH Online Retail orders are shipped at a $15.00 Flat Rate in Canada and the United States. Orders from stormtech.eu are charged at a flat rate of 15GBP.

We never charge at the door!
All brokerage and duty is paid by STORMTECH.

 

What is the estimated shipping time?

The estimated delivery time is approximately 3-5 business days.

 

Which countries does Stormtech ship to?

Stormtech online purchases can be shipped to destinations within Canada, USA, UK, and EURO zone countries, including Switzerland.

 

Can products be delivered to a different mailing address from the billing address?

Yes, the shipping address can be different from the billing address. For security reasons, Stormtech may request to verify addresses with the purchaser.

 

Can I cancel an order once the order has been placed?

No, once an order is placed and payment is taken, you cannot cancel your order.

Can I change my shipping address after my order has been placed?

No, the shipping address cannot be changed after the order has been placed.

How will I know that you received my order and when will the payment be deducted?

After your order is processed you will receive an order confirmation number on screen and also by email. Your credit card will be charged when your order ships.

The status of your order can be checked on your 'Order Status' page in the 'Your Account' section of this website.

 

Can I add items to an existing order?

No, items cannot be added to an existing order once payment has been made.

Does Stormtech ship to post office boxes?

No, we cannot to post office boxes at this time.

 

Order Tracking

How do I know when my order ships?

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number(s).

 

How do I track my order?

Option 1: Click on the link found in your shipment tracking email.

Option 2: Log in to your account using your account information and click on the Order Status section to find your tracking number. Clicking the tracking number link will take you to the shipping company’s website where you can track your shipment.

Returns & Refunds

 

How do I return an item that I purchased through the Stormtech online store?

Items purchased online, can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of their original date of order. Items must have all original tags attached, be unworn, and in their original new condition.

All items being returned to Stormtech require a RA (Return Authorization) number, which will be provided to you by the Stormtech Returns department. They can be contacted by email or by phone: 1-866-407-2222.

 

How long do I have to return my purchase?

Items may be returned for a refund within 30 days from the date of the original purchase. Items must have all original tags attached, be unworn, and in the original new condition.

 

Will I be refunded the full value of my order?

Refunds are issued in the form of the original payment. Stormtech will provide a full refund for the value of the item (excluding shipping costs) in the same form as the original payment. All items being returned for a refund, must meet the following criteria: Items must have all original tags attached, be unworn, and in the original new condition.

 

How long will my refund take?

Refunds may take between 5-7 business days to process once an item has been delivered to our returns facility, and may vary depending upon the credit card company that you used for the original purchase.

 

How are shipping costs handled for refunds and exchanges of products purchased through the Stormech online store?

All shipping costs on returned items are the responsibility of the customer. If a replacement item is getting sent back to the customer, Stormtech will pay for this amount.

 

How do I return an item that I received as a gift?

Items must be returned by the original purchaser. If this is not possible, then please contact our Customer Service Representatives to discuss an alternative option.

 

What do I do if the item that I purchased through the Stormtech online store needs a warranty claim by being defective or damaged?

Stormtech Performance Apparel proudly guarantees the quality and performance of all our products. We are committed to offering the finest products and customer service available. We stand behind the quality, craftsmanship, and performance of all our products.

Stormtech products are fully warranted to the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of up to 3 years from the date of original purchase excluding normal wear and tear. If a product fails as a result of a manufacturing defect within this 3 year period Stormtech will repair the product, without charge, or replace it, at our discretion. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use.
