STORMTECH Durable Water Resistant (D/W/R) coating seals the fibers of a garment and lowers the surface tension of the fabric. The result is a layer of protection that forces water to simply bead up and roll off the jacket before it can be absorbed into the fabric.

 

STORMTECH D/W/R Technology ensures protection up to at least 600 mm – which means that if all of the rain drops hitting your jacket could stack on top of each other, they would have to stack up to at least 600 mm before they could exert enough pressure to soak through and get you wet!

 

Despite this powerful level of moisture protection, all STORMTECH D/W/R products are completely breathable – allowing you to stay dry and comfortable when caught in that next rain shower.
